- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
4. Orders and Payment
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.
- We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFast, and Ozow.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
5. Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

- You have the right to return goods within 7 days of delivery under the CPA's "cooling-off" period for online purchases.
- Defective goods are covered under the manufacturer warranty and the CPA for 6 months from date of delivery.
7. Warranty
All products sold on GrabTheDeal come with the full manufacturer warranty. In terms of the CPA Section 56, goods must be of good quality, in good working order, and free of defects for a minimum of 6 months after delivery. If a product is found to be defective within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of GrabTheDeal or its licensors and is protected under South African intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabTheDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This does not limit your rights under the CPA.
