Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@grabthedeal.co.za. Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@grabthedeal.co.za. We will arrange to collect and assess the item at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that we can accept returns on sale or special items under the same conditions as regular-priced items, provided the items meet the eligibility criteria above. However, exchanges for sale items are subject to availability, and if the item is no longer in stock, we may offer a store credit or a refund.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
